WHY ZUGEER
The course can be used:
- or before and/or during the implementation of a new organizational system or a new ERP system;
- or in consulting company in order to transmit easily and proactively concepts related to the normal processes of a manufacturing company;
- or universities with of "Engineering specialized on business" and/or "information technology engineering".
THE METHOD
The Zugeer method is a method of self-education playing.
It is based primarily on the awareness of business processes and interaction between them. It is composed of sequences of simple processes that involve every part of the company.
It aims to get people to guide their own learning. It is accessible to all people, of any corporate organization and work experience.
In the lessons, the teacher guides the students, doing their practice daily theses specific cases to achieve a common goal involving various business areas such as procurement, administration, management control, production, logistics, sales, product development, etc..
