What is this?
AS THE IDEA WAS BORN
After almost 20 years to implement more integrated information systems (ERP) I devised this method, which uses a practical tool similar to a classic "game" table
WHAT IS THE METHOD
As many know, you learn to play!
Consequently, the Zugeer method is based on a game composed of:
there is a board plan that represents the company (see the picture below), there are cards of "Actions", "Changeā, "Questions" and "Anomalies" that move the "token" that are "Orders" (purchase, sale, production, etc.) in order to run the information and make money.
THE RULES
Role players: players represent the business function (department) involved on ERP. The business functions are: Purchasing + Quality, Production + Maintenance, Sales + Spare Parts + Customer Service, Logistics + Planner.
Purpose: run the information correctly, in the right business functions and using the right procedures.
The "little pork" is the cash of money. The "fridge" is the Asset.
The pieces (the Item the order and the money) must be moved inside the company following the macro flows.
To play, you must follow the instructions on playing cards, always respecting the procedures set out in macro flows.
In the company were already defined all the basic data:
